There is also another tool called Google Notebook http://www.google.com/notebook which works kinda similar. You can put up pseudo website by adding text, images and links from web pages. The same principle applies. Once you set your option to make your "NoteBook page" public, Google will be giving higher SEO ranking than any other site of SIMILAR nature. I have actually seen it happening. But I have been very cautious in my dealings with Google. Google have no qualms about changing their policy if they feel there are some abuse.
